Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) before your event date. You should receive your shipment 2-3 days before your event date. We will do our best to mitigate possible delays due to high volume of orders however we are not responsible to postal service delays that are outside of our control. You will be responsible to ship the phone back and send the tracking number to hello@holdthepohoneevents.com within 72h of your event date. Phones that were picked up must also be retuned within 72h fo your event.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at the Square One area. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up when you make an appointment through our calendar 3-5 days before your event. We will send you all relevant instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 9:00 am to 7:00 pm on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays or at a specific time that can be requested if those do not work. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
At this time, we do not offer shipping to P.O boxes.
Security Deposits
A security deposit of $200 will be collected and held until the rental equipment is returned and inspected for defects and functionality. If it is deemed that the phone is in satisfactory working and cosmetic order to which it was originally shipped out, the security deposit will be released. Extra charges will be added on for late returns unless otherwise provided with written approval from Hold the Phone Events.
